Approach

Five rules.
Held to.

The operating discipline that runs under every company on the arc. Written down because rules you can't state are rules you don't have.

01

Compliance-led, not compliance-loaded.

Compliance is a posture, not a department. The asset, the planning, the maintenance, the audit trail — all one workflow, all one source of truth. Compliance you can prove on Monday morning, not assemble on Friday afternoon.

02

Same buyer, more surface.

New companies inside the group earn their place by extending the surface of an existing buyer relationship — not by chasing new logos. A fire client discovers M&E capability; an M&E client discovers FM. The group grows sideways before it grows outwards.

03

Enterprise stack, mid-market overhead.

Uptick, Procore, Microsoft 365 — deployed end-to-end. Rare at our scale. The point isn't the tools; it's the operating consequence of running them properly.

04

AI as leverage, never novelty.

Every AI use case removes cost, accelerates revenue, or reduces risk — ideally all three. If it does none of those, it doesn't ship.

05

Endorsed, not absorbed.

Each company keeps its own mark and its own focus. The AMPM signature sits underneath. The thread is the palette, not the name.

The operating stack

Enterprise tools,
operated end-to-end.

Most mid-market contractors run the trade well and the back office on spreadsheets. We don't. This stack produces the audit trail, the documentation pack and the golden thread the Building Safety Act expects.

Uptick

Asset register & PPMs. Every device tracked through its life — service due-dates, certification renewals, defect history. One source of truth.

Procore

Project delivery. RFIs, drawings, RAMS, programmes, snag lists, sign-offs. Tier-1 main contractors live in Procore — so do we, natively.

Microsoft 365

SharePoint holds the golden thread — commissioning packs, O&Ms, Stage 4 reports — with named-user audit logs and version control. Structural, not a folder.

Xero + AMPM Live

Financial discipline plus the client layer in build — real-time visibility of assets, compliance posture and document packs.

We don't sell the tools — we sell the consequence of running them well. Documentation that holds up under inspection. Programmes that don't slip. Procurement teams under PPN 06/20 weight this heavily; so do landlords moving from reactive to planned compliance.

This is compliance leadership, not compliance administration.
